Front Office: Multi-Tenant. Are there levels of Service Provider admin, e.g. can the Service Provider support desk manage on boarding of tenants only?

    Accessing the ‘Manage Tenant information (all Tenants)’ tab in the admin page enables administrators to maintain all functions related to a Tenant in the Organization category i.e Client details (with links to Users, Fields, Addresses, Cost Centers, Integration, Contracts and Themes) and User Groups.

    This allows a more junior SP user (e.g. support desk) to administer some low level activities within the Admin > Organization sub menu, without being able to change Service Catalog, Request Types, Integration Setting etc.
