Directa 7.2, clicking on menu item Inbox results in a system error
We have a strange error in live Directa for a customer
User ID <removed Pwd <removed> tries to access its inbox with 16 entries (Inbox(16)), but get this error message:
Error message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Error ID: 51395
Version: 7.2.0
I tried it on my machine with that account, same error. With my own account, no error. So user dependent.
The user worked already since a couple of months with that account, no issues.
As it was urgent I created a new user account and re-routed all outstanding approvals to that account, so old user's inbox is now empty.
Do you have an idea what the root cause can be?

My first suggestion would be to upgrade to the latest 7.2 patch, Theres a similar issue resolved by it, which should also resolve the inbox issue for you. However, in the mean time, you can run the following script as a temporary fix.
DELETE from userSearch where UserID = 'MI000903'
