Base Currency

Is there anywhere in the system (v7.3) where the base currency of the system can be amended or is this an install setting.

I am thinking of changing our systems to be $ based for the approval matrix, I assume if we can and do change this it will have no other impact to supplier / user currencies and that rasing a £ order just recalculates approvals based on the echange rate settings?

  Base currency is set at point of install, after this, it can't be amended.
