Kier - Front Office Approval Error
One of our users is getting this error when they try to submit a request:
No approvers could be found for stage(s) in this approval route. This may be because they have been removed from stages because of system settings. Contact your administrator for further information.
The approval matrix for this request type is setup correctly, so this shouldn't be returning an error. The only thing different about this particular request is that the user creating the request is also the approver. Would this cause a problem?

Can you check in system settings ( go to : Admin, System Configuration) for 'Exclude Requested by/for From Approval List has been turned on? This could be causing the problem. Can you also have a look at the Allow Auto Self-Approval setting.
